With 20 plants and more than 1,300 associates across the globe, Dura-Line established itself as a global leader in the manufacturing of plastic conduit. 

Prior to joining Dura-Line, Elad worked for Netafim as the Director of Global Operational Excellence and Quality. In this capacity, he led the development of Netafim’s Lean Operating System, that has significantly contributed to the market leadership position of the company across the globe.

Elad is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), where he obtained his BA in Business Economics, as well as an MBA in Operations and Marketing from Anderson School of Management.

Thomas Burke

Founder, OPC Foundation 

Thomas Burke is a founding member and officer of the OPC Foundation and was the architect for the OPC Data Access Specifications. He has served as the designer and leader for OPC Compliance and all OPC Data Access specifications. 

Prior to the OPC Foundation, Thomas developed and managed significant hardware & software projects for Rockwell /Allen-Bradley and NCR over his 30-year career.

He received a BS in mathematics from John Carroll University and an MS in computer engineering from the University of Dayton.
